Después de bastante tiempo luchando con el blog, (gracias a Alex y compañia), ha llegado el momento de subir el primer video de muchos (espero). Esta es la primera entrada que escribo en castellano, creo que es lo correcto ya que todos los videotutoriales van a ser en castellano, y por lo tanto las entradas como esta que los acompañan han de estar acordes en idioma.
From aescripts.com David Torno has released an update to his keyboard shortcuts popup script, Shortcut Key Reference. “A dockable and searchable panel that contains a reference to all the After Effects keyboard shortcuts.”
Ryan Cashman from aescripts.com “Although After Effects CS5.5 comes bundled with a stereoscopic camera, it uses collapse transformations to create the left and right channels. For plug-ins that utilize composition cameras separate left and right channels are required to see the true stereoscopic depth.”

The guys over at Rampant Design Tools made this nice tutorial about create realistic DOF doing depth maps by hand. If you dont have any cg layer to do this, here have how do it manually.

Michele yamazaki of Toolfarm and author of Plug-in To After Effects shows you a quick way to get your plug-ins moved to Adobe After Effects CS5.5 from CS5. It will take 5 minutes and will not require you to download new installers.
From aescript.com and by BatchFrame we can download this plugin, “Un-PreCompose is a plug-in for After Effects that allows you to select a pre-comp (nested composition) and extract all of its layers into the parent composition while maintaining each layers effects and other properties. You are given various options for maintaining or deleting properties from the pre-comp and the pre- comp itself.”
Andrew Kramer from Videocopilot.net bring to us a new script “The Trim Compose Script helps make that job fast and easy but wait there’s more. The script automatically takes selected layers and then pre-composes each one into time accurate pre-comps, based on the length of each edit.”
Rich Young from ae.tutsplus.com “Chris and Trish Meyer posted another part in their series CMG Hidden Gems: Chapter 18 – Nesting. The focus here is on how to efficiently navigate and edit a chain of nested comps, and looking under the hood a bit to help you troubleshoot.”
Barket Skorupa posted in ae.tutsplus.com a presentation of a bundle of three Pixel Bender plug-ins: “bs-Smart Set Matte“, “bs-Mix Color” and “bs-Mix Layer“. The tutorial shows the parameters and some example where I show the technique of compositing where those plug-ins can be helpful.
